Admission to any course is non-transferable and cannot be passed to another individual.
It is the student’s responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions before completing the enrollment process, including fully understanding the course/program contents.
Gurcademy will not be liable to provide any services beyond the duration of the admitted course.
All content on the Gurcademy site, including but not limited to course materials, videos, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. These materials are the property of Gurcademy, and no one is permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without prior written consent from Gurcademy management.
We reserve the right to take action against any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including but not limited to restricting access to our website or legal action.
All course fees listed on our website or third-party platforms are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change course fees for various reasons, including changes in market conditions, administrative errors, or changes in third-party service providers.
However, the fee you pay at the time of enrollment will remain fixed and honored for the course you have enrolled in, even if prices change afterward.
Gurcademy does not guarantee specific employment outcomes after course completion. Our programs are designed to enhance employability, but job placement is influenced by various factors including market conditions and individual performance. Gurcademy will not be liable for any failure to secure employment.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu.
