At Gurcademy, we strive to provide top-notch education and support to help you secure high-paying jobs. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw from a course. Below is our refund policy:

Refund and Cancellation Policy (Platform)

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for our service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

  • In case of any refunds approved by Gurcademy, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Refund Eligibility (Courses)

  • 50% Refund: You are eligible for a 50% refund if you withdraw from the course within 10 days of the start date.
  • No Refund: After 10 days, no refunds will be issued.

Conditions for Refund

  • The laptop provided by Gurcademy must be handed over before the refund can be processed.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original source of deposit (the payment method used for the initial payment).
  • Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5- 10 days
