At Gurcademy, we strive to provide top-notch education and support to help you secure high-paying jobs. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw from a course. Below is our refund policy:

Refund and Cancellation Policy (Platform)

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for our service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
In case of any refunds approved by Gurcademy, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Refund Eligibility (Courses)

50% Refund: You are eligible for a 50% refund if you withdraw from the course within 10 days of the start date.
No Refund: After 10 days, no refunds will be issued.

Conditions for Refund

The laptop provided by Gurcademy must be handed over before the refund can be processed.
Refunds will be initiated to the original source of deposit (the payment method used for the initial payment).
Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5- 10 days
